Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery ensuring timely execution, innovation, and quality. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will help you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team organized and on track.
• Handle end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and other team members to manage priorities, solve issues, and keep the workflow smooth.
• Sound understanding of Jira to keep track of project and update project status.
• Identify risks or delays early, find practical solutions, and update the team and management on any changes.
• Act as the point of contact between the technical team and management, sharing updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Work with engineering leads to plan sprints, estimate workloads, and assign resources properly.
• Conduct project reviews to make sure goals are met and find areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present sprint and project reports that clearly show progress, completed work, upcoming deliverables, team performance, risks, blockers, and key metrics.
• These reports help management understand the current status and make better decisions for planning and improvement.
• Suggest process or tool improvements to make the team’s work faster and more efficient.
• Promote Agile practices and teamwork so everyone stays focused, responsible, and motivated.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end projects.
• Good understanding of software development and product lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or Slack.

• Agile/Scrum/PMP certification preferred.
