Qualifications

We seek an experienced and visionary Mid to Senior UIUX Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in software product design, with a proven track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered design solutions. As a UIUX product designer, you will play a key role in implementing a design solution, shaping the user experience across all our digital products, and ensuring that our interfaces are visually stunning and highly functional.

Responsibilities

• User Experience (UX) Design: Dive deep into user needs with our client stakeholders, creating personas and mapping out user journeys to ensure our software is truly user-centric and easy to navigate.
• Rapid Prototyping & Wireframing: Quickly build and iterate on prototypes and wireframes, develop user workflow, bringing ideas to life efficiently to test concepts and gather early feedback, and implement feedback in the product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders; gathering and writing requirements, conducting demos and feedback sessions to ensure client needs are met quickly and smartly.
• Test and Learn: Gather feedback, conduct usability tests, and iterate on your designs to continuously improve and deliver the best possible experience.
• Team Leadership: Have a clear vision of the product, incorporate the design as a product workflow, make product UIUX decisions, and guide the team in design end.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our design practices where appropriate.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain design quality, usability prospect and scalable of the product.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages.
• Design responsive and visually appealing email templates for marketing automation and campaigns.
• Create eye-catching social media graphics (static, carousel, reels/thumbnails) aligned with brand identity.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UIUX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, including leadership roles
• Interaction design experience with knowledge of defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale, and examples of the use of appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular interaction will work
• Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product function
• Strategic product thinking with the experience of developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Experience representing work to executives, clearly and succinctly stating the goals and concepts
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and other relevant software.

Nice To Have

• Design Thinking and Innovation certification will be given priority.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in designing for mobile and responsive web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Basic knowledge of Graphics Design, Video Editing is a plus, but not mandatory.
